The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before your flight lands if you have provided a mobile contact number. The Chauffeur will be waiting to receive you holding a sign. If for some reason you can’t find us, please call 4145070992 or the chauffeurs mobile number will be on your booking confirmation. Please do not leave the terminal and go outside before you find us.

We will monitor your flight and typically arrive 15 minutes before the plane lands to save on any waiting time. For the comfort of our esteemed clientele, we offer one hour complimentary wait time for airport pickups and 15 minutes wait time for all other rides.

Yes. We have complimentary baby and child seats available. Please request them at booking. 

We advice that you make your bookings as soon as your plans have been made, while we can sometimes take bookings as late as an hour before a trip, this is not the most ideal due to availability.

Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs have signed confidentiality agreements (non disclosure agreements). What is said in the car, stays in the car.

Your chauffeur will be polite and discrete and will only chat with you at your prompting. YOUR chauffeur will opens doors for and always ask to help with your luggage. 

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

Yes. You can also expect light snacks in the vehicle. Please inform of us any allergy upon booking as some of our snacks have nuts.
